In this Digital Marketing Executive role, you'll take ownership of performance and campaign delivery:
Manage and optimise digital acquisition campaigns across PPC, paid social, display, affiliate and referral channels
Monitor budgets, pacing and performance against CPA, ROAS and revenue targets
Analyse campaign data to identify trends and opportunities
Work closely with agencies and internal teams to implement improvements and testing plans
Lead on paid media creative, using insights to refine messaging and formats
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to share insights and improve performanceWhat we're looking for:
We're looking for a driven and analytical Digital Marketing Executive who thrives in a performance environment:
2-3+ years' experience in digital acquisition or performance marketing
Experience as a Paid Social Specialist or Social Media Executive would be highly beneficial
Hands-on experience with paid search and/or paid social campaigns
Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into actionable insights
Experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager and Google Analytics
Excellent organisation and communication skills
Experience working with agencies or external partners
A proactive, detail-focused and commercially aware mindset
