Solution is proud to be in collaboration with this International branded partner led consultancy cost , project and infrastructure management services across the built enviroment.
Their Scottish Project Management Teams has recently embarked on the redevelopment of a 19th century Gothic Revival mansion into a luxury private club.
This 5 year project is set on a 1,000-acre estate The project includes extensive renovations, new residential homes, and restoration of the 18-hole championship golf course.
The project is the construction of luxury villas including infrastructure, roads, and utilities
They are now seeking an experienced Site‑Based Project Managers
The Role
You will be site‑based and responsible for leading the delivery of allocated phases within a high‑value development, working closely with contractors, design teams and an on‑site Client Lead.
Key responsibilities include:
* Project management of luxury residential and leisure developments
* Delivery of infrastructure works including roads, utilities and enabling works
* Day‑to‑day site management and coordination with contractors
* Contract administration duties
* Leading and contributing to tendering processes (main and sub‑contractors)
* Appointment and management of design teams and contractors
* Managing risk registers, change control and reporting processes
* Supporting masterplanning and future project phases
* Reporting progress and risks directly to the Client
About You
This role requires a practical, confident and personable Project Manager who can operate comfortably on a live site and within a consultancy‑style environment.
Essential requirements:
* Proven experience delivering infrastructure and groundworks‑led projects
* Strong site‑based project management background
* Experience managing contractors and design teams
* Familiarity with tendering, procurement and contract administration
* Ability to manage change, risk and evolving priorities
* Professional, diplomatic and approachable manner
* Comfortable engaging at both subcontractor and senior client level
* Experience of luxury residential
An engineering or groundworks background would be highly advantageous along with experience of relevant projects
Working Pattern
Monday–Thursday: 8:00am – 6:00pm
Friday: Early finish (typically around 2:00pm)
Suitable for candidates within daily commuting distance (Perth / Auchterarder area)
Weekday accommodation available for candidates living further away
