We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Mobile Cleaning Supervisor for a temporary-to-permanent position based in Southampton. This mobile role involves managing client relationships and overseeing daily operations across multiple sites.
Role Overview
Hours: 40.00 hours per week.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00.
Contract: Temporary with a view to permanent for the right candidate.
Start Date: 26 April 2026.
Location: Southampton (Mobile across multiple sites).
Key Responsibilities
Site Management: Conduct daily visits to allocated sites to ensure high standards of facilities and cleaning services.
Client Relations: Act as a primary point of contact to maintain and develop strong relationships with the client.
Maintenance Oversight: Support the coordination of reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) activities.
Administration: Manage essential administrative tasks and reporting as part of the daily workflow.
Safety & Compliance: Ensure all site activities adhere to health and safety regulations.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience managing multiple sites is essential.
Licence: Must possess a clean driving licence.
Technical Skills: Must be computer literate and comfortable using digital reporting tools.
