Job Description
- Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
- Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, apprenticeships and contractual changes.
- Contribute to HR projects and promote company values, culture, and continuous improvement
- Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain legal compliance and fair application of HR policies.

Essential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
- CIPD qualified
- Well-versed carrying out a similar generalist HR position
- Experienced working within the manufacturing industry
