The Role
We are looking for someone who can come in and take ownership of a wide range of tasks, helping to keep operations running smoothly as we grow. You’ll be working across different areas of the business, supporting the team and ensuring everything stays organised and efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a variety of administrative and operational tasks in a fast-moving environment
- Maintain and update documents, reports, and internal systems
- Use Microsoft Excel and Word for data management, reporting, and documentation
- Support team coordination and internal communication
- Assist with general office operations and day-to-day business needs
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency
Skills & Experience
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Strong communication skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
