⏰ Hours: Full‑time, Monday–Friday (8:30am–3:30pm)
Role Overview
Milk Education is recruiting a dedicated KS1 Teacher to join a welcoming, two‑form entry primary school in the L4 area of Liverpool. This role is suitable for both experienced teachers and Early Career Teachers (ECTs) looking to gain valuable classroom experience within a supportive school environment.
You will take responsibility for a KS1 class, delivering engaging lessons and supporting pupils’ academic, social, and emotional development.
Classroom & School Support
- Two‑form entry primary school
- Experienced Classroom Teaching Assistant in place
- Additional SEN Teaching Assistant support
- Collaborative and inclusive school environment
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver high‑quality lessons aligned with the National Curriculum
- Differentiate learning to meet the needs of all pupils, including SEN
- Create a positive, inclusive, and well‑structured classroom environment
- Monitor pupil progress and contribute to assessment and reporting
- Promote positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
- Work collaboratively with colleagues, SENCO, and senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) – ECTs welcome to apply
- Experience teaching within KS1
- SEN experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Passion for supporting children to reach their full potential
- Commitment to safeguarding and inclusive practice
