Head of Sales
The Role
Take ownership of a hands-on Head of Sales position, leading, coaching and developing a team of 7 to deliver sustained growth. Working closely with senior leadership, you'll drive performance, win new business, strengthen key accounts and use data to guide commercial decisions. This is about building a motivated, accountable and high-performing team - not just managing numbers.
Requirements
· B2B proven sales leadership experience
· Track record of delivering growth and hitting targets
· Strong communicator with a growth mindset
· Able to commute to state-of-the-art premises in South Yorkshire most days per week
The Package
· £50,000-£70,000 DOE
· Uncapped profit share (OTE potential to double salary)
· £6,800 car allowance
· 6% pension, life assurance
· 25 days holiday + bank holidays
