We’re working with a high-growth, complex, Multi-entity business scaling rapidly through acquisition and operational expansion. With a large national footprint and evolving structure, finance is at the centre of driving control, consistency, and commercial insight.
The opportunity
You’ll take ownership of financial control across the Central & North region, leading reporting, compliance, and audit in a business operating across multiple entities and differing financial structures.
This role sits in a group finance function that is actively evolving, meaning you won’t just maintain controls, you’ll help redesign them.

What you’ll be doing
- Lead financial control, reporting, and compliance for your region
- Own audit delivery and external stakeholder relationships
- Partner closely with commercial finance to improve month-end processes
- Drive improvements across controls, processes, and reporting
- Manage and develop a small team
- Support wider group initiatives across finance, tax, and governance
