ROLE: Facilities Management Coordinator

We're looking for a Facilities Management Coordinator who will manage and allocate reactive and planned maintenance activities within a busy healthcare PFI environment, ensuring safe, compliant and high‑quality service delivery.

Role Responsibilities:
- Manage jeopardy across all reactive, planned and statutory maintenance tasks, prioritising high‑volume workloads to meet SLA and contractual requirements.
- Allocate reactive, planned and statutory works to in‑house engineers and subcontractors, maintaining clear communication through agreed channels.
- Monitor PPM, statutory and Schedule 10/14 obligations to maintain full compliance.
- Track performance using live systems, ensuring accurate reporting, evidencing and adherence to PFI requirements.
- Review service reports, identify remedial actions and communicate requirements to engineering or management teams.
Required Qualifications:
Applicants must meet the below defined requirements for the role.
- Previous Helpdesk experience within FM, ideally with a Hard Services and healthcare background.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Experience coordinating contractors and maintaining accurate, auditable maintenance records.
