With multiple high end, exciting projects on the go, they are looking for a Senior Building Surveyor or Associate Director to add to the team. Key Responsibilities - Senior Building Surveyor / Associate Director;
Lead project management and contract administration on high profile projects.
Manage full project lifecycles, from feasibility and design coordination to procurement and completion.
Oversee programme management, contractor performance, and quality assurance.
Deliver commercial surveying services including Acquisition Surveys, Schedules of Condition, and Project Monitoring.
Act as a trusted advisor to corporate occupiers, SMEs, investors, and landlords.
Represent the consultancy at client meetings, presentations, and industry events.
Mentor junior surveyors and help maintain high professional standards across the team.About You;
MRICS qualified (or working towards).
Experience working in a commercial building consultancy.
Strong experience in contract administration and project management.
Knowledge of JCT contracts and the Law of Dilapidations.
Confident client facing, and able to chair meetings and manage multiple concurrent projects.
Commercially aware, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high profile consultancy environment.
