The Role

We're looking for a Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Repairs & Maintenance team working across social housing properties in Cambridgeshire.

You'll carry out a variety of day-to-day repairs and maintenance tasks, delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service to residents.

What You'll Be Doing

Completing reactive repairs and maintenance
Working efficiently to meet deadlines
Liaising with supervisors and other trades
Updating job progress using a PDA
Delivering great service to residents

What We're Looking For

✔ NVQ/City & Guilds (or equivalent experience)
✔ Full UK driving licence
✔ Social housing experience (desirable)
