Key Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor production equipment, ensuring consistent and efficient performance.
Conduct quality checks to ensure all products meet the company's standards.
Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and comply with health and safety regulations.
Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and minor repairs on equipment.
Maintain accurate production records and complete all necessary documentation.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet production targets.
Participate in training sessions and engage in continuous improvement activities. Requirements:
Experience in a manufacturing or production environment is desirable.
High attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
Basic mechanical skills and an understanding of production processes.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Strong communication skills and a proactive team player.
