Aminis are partnering with a school in Camden London who are seeking a skilled and confident High Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join their supportive school and forward‑thinking team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy school environment, enjoys taking initiative, and is committed to helping pupils achieve their best.

About the Role

You will play a key part in supporting teaching and learning across the school, including:

Leading whole‑class learning in the absence of the class teacher.

*

Delivering targeted small‑group and 1:1 interventions.

*

Supporting behaviour, engagement, and progress.

*

Working closely with teachers, SEN staff, and leaders to ensure high‑quality provision.

*

Contributing to planning, assessment, and classroom organisation.

HLTA status (or equivalent experience).

Strong classroom presence and the confidence to lead learning.

Experience supporting pupils across different key stages.
