The Role
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will:

Take the lead on exciting structural projects, from concept through to completion
Ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets, and quality standards while delivering top-tier solutions
Collaborate with clients, architects, and engineers to shape and execute design visions
Oversee structural analysis and design for a variety of materials and systems
Mentor junior engineers and help them grow professionally
Engage directly with clients, attend site visits, and lead design team meetings
About You
We're looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Is Chartered (or working towards Chartership) with IStructE or ICE
Brings experience from a UK consultancy and strong knowledge of UK design standards
Is skilled in design software like Tekla, Tedds, Robot, or ETABS
Enjoys leading projects and thrives in a small, close-knit team where every voice matters
