Key Responsibilities:
⦁ Plan and manage production schedules, manpower, and materials
⦁ Oversee workshop operations: cutting, rolling, welding, machining, and assembly
⦁ Ensure quality and compliance with codes, client specifications, and QA/QC standards
⦁ Lead, coach, and manage workshop staff
⦁ Monitor productivity, control costs, and report on KPIs
⦁ Maintain a safe, efficient working environment
Requirements:
⦁ Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent)
⦁ 8–12+ years in steel fabrication operations, with 3–5 years in management
⦁ Knowledge of pressure vessel, piping spool, structural/casing fabrication, and welding processes
⦁ Familiar with ASME Section VIII, piping codes, and fabrication drawings
⦁ Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills
