Structural Engineer

A fantastic opportunity has become available to join a well-regarded, design led engineering consultancy as a Structural Project Engineer within their expanding team.

This consultancy has built a strong reputation for delivering creative, efficient and sustainable engineering solutions across a variety of sectors. With a collaborative approach at its core, you'll be working closely with architects, developers and fellow engineers on a range of high-quality projects across the UK.

The Role
As a Structural Project Engineer, you will:

Take ownership of structural design packages from concept through to construction
Manage your own projects, ensuring delivery aligns with programme, budget and quality standards
Liaise with clients, architects and other consultants throughout all design stages
Carry out structural analysis and design using industry-standard software
Prepare and review technical drawings, reports and specifications
Provide support and guidance to junior engineers and technicians where needed
Attend and contribute to client and design team meetings
Play a part in delivering innovative and sustainable engineering solutions
About You
We are looking for someone who:

Holds a degree in Civil or Structural Engineering
Has experience working within a UK consultancy environment
Is working towards Chartered status (IStructE/ICE)
Has a solid understanding of UK design standards and Eurocodes
Has experience managing projects or leading elements of design delivery
Is confident communicating with clients and multidisciplinary teams
Enjoys working within a collaborative, design-focused environment
