An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Refrigeration Engineer to join a well-established contractor covering the Banbury area.
This role offers a genuinely strong earning package, excellent benefits, and long-term stability working across agricultural and dairy sites.
The Package:
Up to £22.75 per hour (40-hour week)
5 hours guaranteed overtime weekly (paid at 1.5x)
£4,000 CO2 bonus for qualified engineers with experience
Door-to-door travel paid
Overtime rates at 1.5x and 2x
Private healthcare
Callout rota (minimum 1 in 4) with additional pay
Earnings Breakdown (Typical):
£47,320 basic
£8,872 guaranteed overtime
£4,000 CO2 bonus
£60,000+ total earnings (excluding standby/callout payments)
The Role:
Service, maintenance, and repair of refrigeration systems
Working across agricultural and dairy environments
Fault finding on a range of refrigeration equipment including CO2 systems
Covering sites across the Banbury region
The Candidate:
Experienced Refrigeration Engineer (commercial or industrial background considered)
CO2 experience highly desirable (£4k bonus available)
F-Gas qualified
Full UK driving licence
