Job Description
Provide HR advice and guidance to managers on employee relations, including disciplinaries, grievances, performance and absence management.
Manage core HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, administration, training, apprenticeships and contractual changes.
Contribute to HR projects and promote company values, culture, and continuous improvement
Drive employee engagement, training and development initiatives to support a positive workplace culture.
Maintain legal compliance and fair application of HR policies.
