Site Engineer – Earthworks (North London)

We are currently seeking an experienced Site Engineer to join a major earthworks project based in North London. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a dynamic team delivering high-quality civil engineering works.

Key Responsibilities:

Setting out for earthworks, including cut & fill, grading, and drainage

Managing and interpreting site drawings and specifications

Supervising subcontractors and ensuring works are completed to specification

Conducting site surveys using GPS and total station equipment

Ensuring health & safety standards are maintained on site

Liaising with project managers and other stakeholders

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Site Engineer on earthworks or groundworks projects

Strong knowledge of bulk earthworks, excavation, and site preparation

Proficiency with surveying equipment (GPS, Total Station)

Familiarity with AutoCAD or similar software

CSCS card (essential)

Strong communication and problem-solving skills
