How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    The company

T3AM Education has been built by teachers, for teachers, with a digital-first approach to modern education recruitment.

Founded by an experienced teacher who has worked directly within schools and as a supply professional, we understand first-hand the realities of the classroom, the challenges of supply work, and the importance of finding the right school environment - not just any placement.

We partner with a wide network of primary schools and academies, providing high-quality teaching professionals on a flexible, short and long-term basis. Our approach is centred around transparency, consistency, and ensuring every teacher we work with feels supported, understood, and valued throughout their journey.

As demand for supply continues to grow, we are looking to connect with adaptable and committed Primary Teachers who value flexibility, professional respect, and a more personalised recruitment experience.

    The role

As a Primary Supply Teacher, you will deliver engaging and structured lessons across a variety of school settings, covering EYFS, KS1, and KS2 depending on your preference and experience.

This role offers complete flexibility - whether you are looking for a few days per week, full-time supply, or a better work-life balance around existing commitments.

    You will take responsibility for:
    • Delivering pre-planned lessons across a range of primary year groups
    • Adapting teaching style to suit different classroom environments
    • Maintaining strong classroom management and a positive learning atmosphere
    • Following school policies and ensuring continuity of learning
    • Building strong relationships with pupils and school staff
    • Representing a high standard of teaching professionalism across all placements

    What you need

It is ESSENTIAL for the successful candidate to have the following:
    • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
    • Experience teaching within primary education (EYFS, KS1 or KS2)
    • Strong classroom management skills
    • A flexible and adaptable approach to different school environments
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Other DESIRABLE skills include:
    • Experience working in multiple school settings
    • Confidence delivering across different year groups
    • Ability to quickly build rapport with new classes and teams
    • Strong organisational skills and reliability

    What’s on offer

This is an opportunity to take control of your teaching career while maintaining consistency of work and income.

    • £150 – £180 per day for short-term supply roles
    • £180 – £200 per day for long-term placements
    • Flexible working to suit your lifestyle and availability
    • Opportunities across a wide network of local schools
    • Weekly pay
    • Choice of short-term, long-term, and ongoing placements
    • Ongoing support and guidance from experienced education professionals
    • Opportunity to gain experience across a variety of school settings
