⏰ Hours: Hours: 36 hours per week – Alternating shifts

Early Shift: Mon–Thurs 06:30–14:00, Fri 06:30–12:30
Late Shift: Mon–Thurs 14:00–21:45, Fri 12:30–17:30 
💰 Pay: £12.71 per hour
📄 Contract: Temp to Perm
 
We’re on the lookout for a reliable and hardworking Packer/Labourer to join our busy client in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Scan & Seal Boxes
Creat Print Tickets
Palletizing
Wrapping and strapping pallets for dispatch
Using a pump truck to move stock efficiently
Loading product cards/envelopes into machines and removing finished goods
Condensing and organising pallets to maintain space and order
General housekeeping to keep the shop floor clean and tidy
Cleaning machines regularly to ensure smooth operations
Carrying out other reasonable duties as requested by supervisorsRequirements:

✅A strong work ethic and can-do attitude
✅Able to follow instructions and work as part of a team
✅Previous experience in a warehouse or production setting is a bonus but not essential
✅Physically fit and able to lift and move items throughout the shift
 
This is a temp-to-perm role, meaning there is an opportunity for a permanent contract based on performance.
