Senior Electronics Engineer – Lancaster - Analog/Digital Electronics

A specialist engineering company working on global location technology is seeking a Senior Electronics Engineer to lead the development of complex electronic systems.

This is a hands-on technical role for someone who enjoys owning designs end-to-end while having the chance to step up into a leadership position, influencing engineering direction and best practices.

What you'll do as a Senior Electronics Engineer:

* Lead the full lifecycle of electronic system development

* Provide technical leadership and guide engineering decisions

* Deliver projects and coordinate cross-functional teams

* Collaborate with suppliers and external partners

* Mentor engineers and drive continuous improvement

What we are looking for in a Senior Electronics Engineer:

* Strong experience in electronic hardware design

* Solid analogue/digital circuit design

* Proven ability to lead projects and coordinate engineering activities

* Knowledge of RF, embedded systems or FPGA would be beneficial
