The Role
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to lead and oversee operations across multiple sites. This is a hands-on leadership role where you will ensure high standards of service delivery while supporting and developing your team.

Key Responsibilities
Organising and managing the Grounds Maintenance team
Carrying out general horticultural and maintenance duties
Liaising with clients and producing reports
Ensuring high standards of health & safety compliance
Monitoring performance and identifying service improvements
Supporting team productivity and quality of work
What We're Looking For
Proven experience in grounds maintenance (essential)
Supervisory or team leadership experience (preferred)
Full UK Driving Licence
Relevant horticultural qualification
Experience using tools such as mowers, strimmers, and hedge trimmers
PA1 & PA6 spraying certificates (preferred but not essential)
Strong understanding of health & safety procedures
Self-motivated with the ability to lead by example
