Job Title: Project Administrator
Location: Near Hastings, East Susex
Hours: Monday – Friday (Full-Time)
Salary: £30,000pa-£35,000pa

We are recruiting on behalf of a growing and ambitious business seeking a highly organised Project Administrator to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys overseeing projects from start to finish.
Working within a supportive and collaborative office environment, you will play a key role in ensuring client projects are delivered smoothly, on time, and to a high standard.

The Role
As Project Administrator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing projects throughout their full lifecycle, from initial order through to completion. Acting as a central point of contact, you will liaise closely with operations, sales, and administrative teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery.
This is a detail-driven role requiring strong organisational skills, commercial awareness, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee projects from initial instruction through to completion
Coordinate with sales, operations, and administration teams to ensure smooth delivery
Act as a key point of contact for clients, providing updates and managing expectations
Track project timelines, budgets, and key milestones
Ensure all documentation and records are accurate and up to date
Identify and proactively resolve potential delays or issues
Maintain clear internal communication to ensure all departments are aligned
Support continuous improvement of processes and project workflows 
About You
The ideal candidate will:

Have previous experience within manufacturing, construction, landscaping, or a similar project-based environment
Be highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Thrive in a fast-paced setting with multiple moving parts
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Be confident liaising with multiple internal departments and external clients
Demonstrate problem-solving ability and a proactive mindset
Be comfortable managing projects end-to-end
