About the Role
Spencer Clarke Group are working closely with a range of secondary schools across Preston to recruit Early Career Teachers (ECTs) for September starts across all subject specialisms.
These opportunities offer both long-term and temp-to-perm positions, providing a strong platform to begin or continue your teaching career. You will have the chance to gain valuable classroom experience while exploring different school environments.

Key Responsibilities

Planning and delivering engaging lessons in your subject specialism
Assessing and monitoring student progress
Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment
Managing behaviour in line with school policies
Working collaboratively with departments and senior staff
What We're Looking For

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or due to achieve QTS by September
A strong subject knowledge in your chosen specialism
A proactive and adaptable approach
A commitment to high standards of teaching and learning
Strong communication and organisational skills

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 14.3% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
