In terms of the corporate tax and subjects covered, included will be certain technical aspects, quarterly payments, specialist work, getting clearances and overseeing the corporate tax computations, largely done by the accountancy team.

OVERVIEW
Prepare and review corporation tax computations, CT600s, and iXBRL accounts
Reviewing accounts for tax adjustments, group relief, capital allowancesetc
Prepare CGT calculations for company and shareholder disposals and assist with shareholder extraction planning and property-related tax issues,
Potential involvement in other tax areas, such as R&D, project work etc.FUTURE OPPORTUNITY:
