We are recruiting for a major lighting upgrade project on a large industrial site near Southampton. This is a long-term programme of works involving the replacement and installation of lighting systems across a large-scale facility, running well beyond Christmas with a strong pipeline of ongoing work.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Full lighting upgrades and replacements across a large industrial environment
* Installation of new lighting fixtures, fittings, switches, and controls
* Working on containment and associated electrical infrastructure
* Carrying out works safely and efficiently within a live industrial setting
Rates & Package (PAYE – No Umbrella)
Standard Electrician
* £24.43 per hour (Basic)
* £32.55 per hour (OT A)
* £41.84 per hour (OT B)
CompEx Electrician (01–04)
* £25.40 per hour (Basic)
* £33.91 per hour (OT A)
* £43.59 per hour (OT B)

Requirements
* ECS / JIB Gold Card Electricians
* CCNSG Safety Passport (or willingness to obtain)
Alternative qualifications accepted instead of CCNSG:
* SMSTS
* SSSTS
* IOSH Managing Safely
* NEBOSH General
Desirable (Not Essential):
* IPAF
* CompEx 01–04 (higher rates paid)
