HSE Officer

Due to continued expansion, we are recruiting an experienced HSE Officer to join our well established client. 

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure all aspects of Health, Safety and Environmental are adhered to. 

Work closely with the Site Manager and Operations team to achieve site action plans. 

Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators against targets and advise site team of appropriate/necessary actions required. 

Liaise with Site Management team in the implementation of sites environmental and safety management systems (ISO 14001, ISO 45001 etc). 

Implement company policy at all times i.e. compliance with regulations and permits. 

Preparing and conducting health and safety related meetings. 

Requirements: 

Previous experience in a manufacturing and experience with changing cultures. 

Effective organisational, time management and administration skills. 

Problem solving and Internal audit skills. 

Ability to communicate clearly and concisely. 

Work under own initiative and be a good team player. 

Salary: Competitive. 

This is a Full time, Permanent position.
