Shift Pattern: 4 days on / 4 days off (rotating shifts)
Day Shift: 06:00 – 18:00
Night Shift: 18:00 – 06:00

Contract Personnel are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Production Operative at a busy herb processing factory. Due to the location, candidates must have their own transport. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and supportive team.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate and maintain factory equipment and machinery.
Monitor herbs through washers, spinners, and the thresher room (-20°C, appropriate clothing provided).
Feed packaging lines, assemble and tape boxes, and ensure herbs are correctly boxed.
Work in cold storage areas (-18°C) and assist with forklift operations (licensed drivers only).
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness across factory and yard.
Carry out factory wash down and cleaning programs.
Weigh, pack, and palletise finished products efficiently.
Support the team to ensure smooth and trouble-free production.
Requirements:
Willingness to work in cold environments for short periods.
Ability to follow safety procedures and maintain high-quality standards.
Team player with a flexible and reliable attitude.
Forklift license is a plus but not essential for non-driving roles.
Own transport is essential due to location.
