What You Will Do as Senior Development Engineer:

- Collaborate with customers to gather requirements and create detailed product technical specifications.

- Lead the design, management, and delivery of Design Verification Plans and Reports (DVP&R).

- Take ownership of prototype builds, testing, software validation, and reporting.

- Support global production, manufacturing, quality, and customer issue resolutions.

- Propose product optimisation solutions through detailed problem analysis.

- Interface with internal and external teams to ensure project success and continuous improvement.

What You Will Bring as Senior Development Engineer:

- A degree in Engineering or equivalent with proven industry experience

- Knowledge in new product introduction, build, testing, and validation for vehicle components

- Strong knowledge of data acquisition, processing, and Design of Experiments (DOE) tools

- Experience with CAN vehicle integration and digital communication protocols

- Ability to design and implement LabVIEW test and data acquisition programmes
