How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Operations Integrator - Freshly Squeezed Events

    Location: Ascot

    Reports to: Commercial Integrator

    The Opportunity

Freshly Squeezed Events has built a successful and fast-growing business delivering exceptional brand and client experiences. As the company enters its next stage of growth, we are looking for an Operations Integrator to strengthen operational leadership and ensure the business can scale sustainably.

This role sits at the heart of the organisation and is responsible for ensuring the business runs smoothly day to day. The Operations Integrator brings structure, clarity and operational discipline across the company, enabling the team to consistently deliver high-quality events while protecting margin, team wellbeing and client satisfaction.

The role works in close partnership with Liz, the Commercial Integrator, and the founders to ensure strong alignment between commercial growth and operational delivery.

Liz leads client relationships, commercial strategy and revenue growth. The Operations Integrator ensures the operational engine of the business runs effectively, from delivery systems and resourcing to operational performance and margin protection.

Together these roles form the leadership partnership responsible for scaling the business. This is a pivotal role in building the operational foundations that allow Freshly Squeezed to grow while maintaining the creativity and quality that define the brand.

    Key Responsibilities

    1.     Operational Leadership

Lead the operational running of the business day to day, ensuring clarity, consistency and accountability across delivery.

    • Oversee the delivery of events across the portfolio
    • Ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to the expected standard
    • Identify operational risks early and resolve issues quickly
    • Translate leadership priorities into clear operational execution

    2.     Delivery Excellence

Strengthen the structure and discipline behind event delivery.

    • Establish clear delivery processes from proposal to post-event review
    • Introduce consistent project planning frameworks
    • Ensure best practice across briefing, planning, supplier coordination and execution
    • Lead post-event reviews to capture learning and improve future delivery

The goal is to move from heroic delivery to predictable excellence.

    3.     Resourcing and Capacity Planning

Ensure the right people are working on the right projects at the right time.

    • Manage resourcing across the delivery team
    • Balance team workload and identify capacity gaps early
    • Coordinate use of freelancers and external support
    • Support recruitment planning as the business grows

This role becomes the central coordination point for delivery capacity across the business.

    4.     Operational Systems and Processes

Design and implement operational systems that support growth.

    • Introduce clear project management tools and templates
    • Develop operational playbooks and delivery standards
    • Improve internal communication and project handovers
    • Continuously refine processes to increase efficiency and quality

The focus is on building simple, scalable systems that enable creativity rather than constrain it.

    5.     Financial and Commercial Discipline

Ensure operational decisions support the financial health of the business.

    • Improve visibility of project profitability
    • Track delivery costs and resource utilisation
    • Support forecasting and resourcing decisions
    • Ensure operational discipline protects project margins

    6.     Leadership Rhythm and Accountability

Strengthen operational discipline across the organisation.

    • Run structured operational reviews and delivery check-ins
    • Track progress on operational priorities
    • Ensure accountability for delivery standards and commitments
    • Provide operational insight to support leadership decisions

    7.     Team Leadership

Support the delivery team to perform at their best.

    • Provide operational leadership and guidance
    • Create clarity around roles and expectations
    • Encourage collaboration across teams
    • Foster a culture of ownership and continuous improvement

    • Operations leadership, production management or delivery leadership roles
    • Experience in events, experiential marketing, agencies, production or similar environments
    • Proven experience improving operational systems and delivery processes
    • Strong project management and organisational capability
    • Experience managing multiple complex projects simultaneously
