How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    * Perform detailed waiting-on-weather simulations and integrate findings into project scheduling.
    * Prepare accurate, timely and competitive cost estimates for technical solutions, soliciting quotations from subcontractors and coordinating with internal experts to evaluate the reusability of equipment and tools.
    * Lead the development of advanced technical templates, tools, and methodologies to streamline future tendering processes.
    * Act as a key communicator with internal and external stakeholders (e.g., Project Engineering, HSEQ, Clients, and Suppliers) to gather comprehensive data and ensure technically compliant tender submissions.

Being part of the Cadeler community means you will have a natural interest and care for the environment and our shared mission to speed up the green energy transition. Your environmental considerations and the safety of our people and the planet will be a key priority in your daily work.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset who is proactive and an effective communicator.
We think you will be a good match if you:
    * BSc or MSc in Engineering, Naval Architecture, Offshore Engineering, or a related technical field.
    * Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering roles within the Wind or Offshore Sector, with proven expertise in technical sales and tender processes or similar.
    * Advanced knowledge of AutoCAD 2D or similar drafting software.
    * Experience with the specification of Piling Hammers and installation methods
    * Experience with Geotechnical studies and data.
    * Proficiency in verbal and written English.
