Basic Salary £20,000 + Uncapped Commission

About the Role
As a Sytner Executive at Mercedes-Benz of Bath, you'll be the face of Sytner from the moment a customer walks through the door. You'll guide them through every step of their car-buying journey — listening, advising, and delivering a first-class experience that keeps customers coming back.
This is a role where outstanding service and sales success go hand in hand. You'll:
Engage customers face-to-face, building trust and rapport
Understand customer needs and recommend the right vehicle and solutions
Deliver a seamless, memorable buying experience every time
Work flexibly, including weekends, to ensure our customers receive exceptional service when they need it most
Previous experience in customer service or sales is ideal — what matters most is your attitude, drive, and passion for delivering results.
