Key Responsibilities
Create a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children
Deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that support learning and development
Encourage children's social, emotional, and intellectual growth
Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
Requirements
Experience working in Education/Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education (or equivalent)
Minimum of 1 years' experience working with children aged 0-5
A genuine passion for early childhood education
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Ability to commute to Leatherhead
