What you'll do:

Operate and maintain high voltage networks (up to 33kV)
Deliver both planned and reactive maintenance
Lead operational and control tasks, ensuring compliance with Health & Safety standards
Mentor junior staff and foster a culture of safety and excellence
Collaborate with clients and seek new opportunities for growth

What we're looking for:

Experience in operational and maintenance of distribution systems up to 33kV
ONC/HNC or equivalent in Electrical Engineering
Relevant safety qualifications (e.g., IOSH)
Strong interpersonal and customer-facing skills
Full UK driving licence
