At HostUplift, we manage short-term rental properties across the UK and beyond - and we're growing fast. We're looking for a driven and detail-oriented Client Onboarding Associate to join our Operations team.
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone at the start of their career to gain real hands-on experience in client operations and process improvement, working directly alongside our team as we scale.
The Opportunity
You'll join our close-knit operations team focused on delivering a seamless experience for property owner clients from day one - whether they're brand new to short-term rentals or experienced hosts joining us from one of our growing international markets.
Working alongside experienced colleagues across the business, you'll play a key role in getting properties live on our platform - equipping clients with the tools, resources, and knowledge they need to hit the ground running.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide property owner clients - both first-timers and experienced hosts - through the full onboarding journey, from sign-up to go-live
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients during the onboarding phase
- Set clients up with the tools, platforms, and resources they need to manage their properties effectively
- Ensure each client is fully equipped and confident before going live on our platform
- Maintain accurate client records across CRM and project management tools
- Identify gaps or friction points in the onboarding process and suggest improvements
- Help develop and maintain onboarding guides, checklists, and SOPs
- Track onboarding metrics and flag trends to the Operations Manager
