We are seeking a hands-on, operational professional to play a pivotal role in our commercial engine. You’ll be responsible for ensuring accurate procurement, billing, provisioning, and commercial administration across the entire procurement lifecycle, from quoting and ordering through to invoicing, provisioning, and audit support.
You’ll be a key link between Sales, Finance, Delivery, and Vendors, helping to ensure revenue accuracy, smooth operations, and an excellent customer experience.
We are also actively embedding AI and automation tools across the business, so you’ll be part of a team driving greater efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
The Role
Autotask & Commercial Systems
- End-to-end administration of Autotask (opportunities, procurement, contracts, billing, and vendors)
- Maintain dashboards, views, and reporting for commercial visibility
- Manage licence and contract accuracy, including Microsoft 365 / NCE reconciliation
Billing & Vendor Management
- Manage accurate monthly billing for communications and services
- Raise purchase orders and manage hardware and service ordering
- Support vendor price changes and customer communications
- Build strong working relationships with key suppliers
Provisioning & Issue Resolution
- Manage telecoms provisioning (e.g. Gamma or equivalent)
- Support migrations, regrades, and issue resolution
- Act as a liaison between vendors, customers, and internal teams
Projects, Procurement & Sales Support
- Provide procurement and commercial support for client projects
- Obtain competitive quotes and ensure projects are commercially ready
- Validate costs, licences, and materials using Kaseya Quote Manager
Contracts, Records & Finance Alignment
- Maintain accurate records for contracts, renewals, and subscriptions
- Ensure documentation is audit-ready and compliant
- Support month-end reconciliations and billing alignment between Autotask and NetSuite
- Assist with revenue control and variance investigation
What we are looking for
Essential
- Experience in a Procurement or Commercial Admin role within an MSP or IT services environment
- Hands-on experience with Autotask
- Strong experience managing billing cycles, vendors, and contracts
- Excellent attention to detail with strong numerical skills
- Confident working across Sales, Finance, and Technical teams
Desirable
- NetSuite experience
- Microsoft 365 / NCE licensing knowledge
- Kaseya Quote Manager experience
- Telecoms provisioning experience (Gamma or similar)
