The Role
We are hiring a UK Launch & Operations Associate to help build and run our UK operations from the ground up.
This is a high-ownership role working directly with the Head of UK. You will be responsible for launching new sites, managing active operations, and ensuring our data collection runs smoothly across multiple businesses.
This role sits at the intersection of operations, field execution, and early-stage expansion.
What you will do
- Work closely with the Head of UK to scale operations across new cities and business partners
- Own day-to-day operations across active sites, ensuring contributors are onboarded and active
- Act as the main point of contact for business owners and managers, ensuring smooth collaboration
- Manage onboarding, equipment distribution, and site setup across multiple locations
- Help improve systems for scaling operations, from onboarding flows to tracking performance
- Jump into operational issues and resolve them quickly, whether logistical, technical, or people-related
Requirements
- High agency, you take ownership and move fast without waiting for instructions
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working directly with business owners
- Highly organised, able to manage multiple sites and workflows simultaneously
- Comfortable operating in the field, not just behind a desk
- Fluent in English
