A global SaaS business is hiring a senior commercial leader to take full ownership of revenue growth across its existing customer base.
This is not a new business role. This is about maximising value from current clients. Retention, expansion, upsell and commercial account strategy sit at the core of this position.
The business is evolving from a single-platform focus into a broader, CRM-agnostic offering, creating significant opportunity to grow revenue across its existing client base.
Role: Head of Revenue & Customer Growth
Salary: Up to £200,000 + performance-based bonus
Location: London-focused, hybrid
What you’ll be doing:
- Own revenue performance across existing accounts, including retention, expansion and upsell
- Drive Net Revenue Retention and maximise lifetime value across the customer base
- Build and implement a structured account growth strategy across a global client portfolio
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to identify commercial opportunities within existing relationships
- Lead and develop a commercial customer function focused on proactive revenue generation
- Move the business from reactive account management to a structured, revenue-led approach
- Stay close to key accounts and high-value opportunities as a hands-on commercial operator
- Support the shift to a CRM-agnostic proposition, identifying cross-sell and expansion opportunities
What you’ll need:
- Strong experience owning revenue growth within existing accounts in a SaaS or subscription business
- Background in CRM, martech or enterprise digital products such as Salesforce or similar
- Proven ability to drive NRR, upsell and expansion at scale
- Commercial mindset with experience carrying or influencing revenue targets
- Experience working with enterprise clients and complex stakeholder environments
- Ability to operate as both a strategic leader and hands-on commercial operator
What’s on offer:
- Salary up to £200,000 plus performance-based bonus
- High-impact role with direct influence on revenue growth
- Opportunity to reshape and scale the customer revenue function
- Work within a business evolving its product and market positioning
- Senior leadership exposure and strategic input
This role would suit someone who enjoys owning revenue, working closely with existing customers, and building a commercial engine focused on growth rather than just retention.
