About the Programme
Our structured graduate pathway provides invaluable classroom experience, professional development, and ongoing support to help you transition into a successful teaching career.
You will:
Gain hands-on experience working in local secondary schools
Support pupils across a range of subjects (with opportunities to specialise)
Develop key classroom management and teaching skills
Receive guidance from experienced educators and mentors
Build a strong foundation for teacher training (PGCE, Schools Direct, etc.)
What We're Looking For
We are seeking enthusiastic and committed graduates who:
Hold a degree (2:2 or above) in any subject
Have a genuine interest in education and working with young people
Are proactive, resilient, and adaptable
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills
Have (or are willing to obtain) an enhanced DBS checkPrevious experience working with young people is desirable but not essential.
