Lettings experience is not a necessity , however charisma, determination, energy and an outgoing personality are a must for this vibrant and forward thinking company.
Must hold Full UK Driving License and have access to own vehicle.
Responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
* Canvassing activities to generate new business
* Coordinating and carrying out property viewings
* Coordinating and carrying move ins
* Learn how to Effectively market properties to attract potential Tenants
* Matching prospective Tenants to suitable properties and arranging viewings accordingly
* Maintaining regular contact with Tenants and Landlords and other relevant parties
* Learn how to guide applicants and landlords through the letting process from agreement of the letting to legal completion
* Contributing to the smooth running of the branch on a daily basis
* Opportunity to study and pass the ARLA accreditation (Funded)
Hours: Monday to Friday 9.00am to 6.00pm Every Saturday 9.00am to 5.00pm with a day off in leu (5 days per week)
Salary: £25,000 to £30.000pa OTE. Basic salary to be discussed. Must have own vehicle.
