We're on the lookout for a passionate Garment Technologist to join this vibrant Product team in Brighton and help them take their quality, fit, and sustainability to the next level.
What you'll be doing: You'll be at the heart of product creation-turning bold ideas into beautifully crafted garments that their community loves. From first sketch to final production, you'll ensure every piece meets their high standards for fit, performance, and ethical production.
Bring designs to life with detailed, clear, and inspiring tech packs
Lead fit sessions and collaborate closely with teams in the UK and India
Champion quality and consistency across every product
Troubleshoot technical challenges with confidence and creativity
Analyse returns and feedback to continuously improve collections
Help drive innovation in sustainable fabrics, trims, and processes
Work cross-functionally with Product, Production, QC, and Customer Happiness teamsWhat we're looking for: You're technically brilliant but also collaborative, curious, and solutions-focused. You thrive in a fast-moving environment and care deeply about doing things the right way.
3+ years' experience in a Garment Technologist role
Strong knowledge of garment construction, fit, and manufacturing
Confident working with overseas factories and managing timelines
A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
