What You’ll Do:
As a Recruitment Consultant on our SEND Desk, you’ll:
Build and maintain strong relationships with SEND schools and alternative provisions.
Manage a busy desk with both temporary and permanent recruitment needs.
Ensure compliance and safeguarding standards are upheld to keep children safe in education.
Identify opportunities to develop new client relationships while maintaining existing ones.
Deliver an outstanding service to candidates and clients alike, with a focus on making a positive impact.Who We’re Looking For:
