This is an opportunity to join a well-established, multidisciplinary building services consultancy with a strong presence across the UK. Known for their collaborative approach and commitment to sustainable design, they deliver high-quality engineering across sectors including commercial, residential, healthcare, education, and more.
They're now looking to appoint a Senior or Principal Public Health Engineer to strengthen their London team.
The Opportunity
This role is ideal for someone who wants to take ownership of projects, work closely with clients, and play a key role in a growing team.
You'll be a central figure in delivering innovative public health design solutions, while helping to shape the direction of projects and supporting the development of junior engineers.
What You'll Be Doing
Leading public health design delivery across a variety of projects
Designing systems including domestic water, above and below ground drainage, rainwater harvesting, and sustainable water solutions
Acting as a key point of contact for clients, architects, and project teams
Taking ownership of technical quality, coordination, and project delivery
Mentoring and supporting junior engineers
Contributing to project strategy and multidisciplinary collaboration
What They're Looking For
Strong experience in public health / plumbing design within a consultancy environment
Proven track record delivering projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, healthcare, education, or mixed-use
Confident leading projects and engaging directly with clients
Good understanding of UK regulations, standards, and best practice
Experience mentoring or managing engineers
Chartered or working towards chartership (preferred)
