£180,000 - £200,000+ OTE (50/50 split)
Uncapped commission with accelerators beyond 100%

The Role
This is a true Channel Sales Manager position - blending partner development with direct sales execution.
You'll take ownership of the territory, with a clear mandate to build, scale and drive partner-led revenue.
Key responsibilities:
Build and expand the partner ecosystem - VARs, resellers and distribution
Recruit and activate new high-potential partners
Re-engage underperforming or inactive partners and drive productivity
Work closely with partners to generate pipeline and close enterprise deals
Support partners through the full sales cycle - hands-on where needed
Maintain strong forecasting discipline and territory planning
Drive consistent new-logo acquisition alongside partner-led growthWhat We're Looking For
