How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Community Paediatric Nurse – RSCN – Monday to Friday
    West London
    up to £46,000 + Company Car / £4,877 Allowance + Benefits

    Are you a Community Paediatric Nurse looking for a Monday to Friday role that offers genuine work-life balance, a competitive salary, and the opportunity to deliver high-quality care in the community? We are recruiting for a Community Paediatric Nurse to join a leading national homecare provider, supporting children and families across West London in their own homes. This is an excellent opportunity for a Community Paediatric Nurse to move into a structured, well-supported service with a manageable caseload and strong clinical backing.

    The Role

    Deliver specialist paediatric nursing care in the community, including IV therapy, cannulation, and subcutaneous injections
    Manage a small caseload of 4–5 children per day, enabling personalised care
    Complete clinical assessments and monitor ongoing care plans
    Work closely with families, carers, and NHS partners to coordinate care
    Support children with complex needs within a safe home environmentRequirements

    Registered Children’s Nurse (RSCN / RCN) with an active NMC PIN
    Full UK driving licence
    Experience within hospital or community paediatric settings
    Competent in cannulation, subcutaneous injections, and clinical assessments
    Phlebotomy skills desirable but not essentialSalary & Benefits

    £34,000–£39,000 per annum
    Fully expensed company car and fuel card or £4,877.50 car allowance
    Monday to Friday working (no nights or weekends)
