Key Responsibilities:
Support the Registered Manager with the smooth running of the service
Lead and support a dedicated team of carers
Ensure high standards of care are consistently delivered
Build trusted relationships with clients, families, and partners
Monitor quality and help improve services
Take part in the on-call rota and weekend cover

The Person
To succeed as a Deputy Manager, you will need:
Experience in domiciliary care at senior or supervisory level
Strong organisation and communication skills
Confidence in leading and supporting a team
A hands-on, caring approach
A full UK driving licence and access to a car
Flexibility for alternate weekends and on-call duties
You’ll enjoy working with people, take pride in your work, and want to grow into a strong leader
