Electrician required to join a respected Housing Association to cover their domestic housing stock in the Redhill and Reigate area. A good working experience in Repairs and Maintenance would be ideal.

Requirements

* City & Guilds Level 3 in electrical installation or equivalent.

* City & Guilds 2357, 2391/2394/2395 (Inspection & Testing), and 18th Edition (2382) qualifications.

* A strong understanding of health and safety, including working in tenanted Homes.

* A full valid U.K driving license with no more than 6 points

* Good verbal and written communication

* 2 work references will be required.
