RG Setsquare is recruiting on behalf of a cleaning contractor with an active contract based in Northampton. Due to increased workload, they are looking to recruit two additional Cleaners to join an established team who self‑deliver cleaning services on site daily.

The role will involve day-to-day reactive cleaning of communal areas, including high-rise residential buildings across the local Northampton area. This position would suit candidates with previous deep cleaning experience, such as industrial or commercial cleaning (for example, warehouse or large-site environments).

This is fully local work, involving travelling directly to site each day. Duties will include cleaning using handheld equipment as well as machinery such as floor buffers.

Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (a company van is provided)
Previous experience cleaning in a live environment
Experience with deep and reactive cleaning
Comfortable working in residential buildings, including high-rise settings

Additional Information:

All cleaning materials and equipment are supplied
A basic DBS check is required and will be completed on behalf of successful applicants
Working hours are Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:00pm
Flexibility is available (e.g. 8:00am - 4:00pm or similar variations)
