The Role
You will be working with beef and lamb, carrying out high-quality butchery and slaughtering tasks in a professional and safety-focused environment. Candidates should be confident working to industry standards and maintaining productivity without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
* Processing beef and/or lamb to a high standard
* De-boning, trimming, and preparing cuts efficiently
* Working on slaughter lines where required
* Following strict hygiene, safety, and quality procedures
* Working as part of a team to meet daily production targets
Requirements
* Proven experience as a butcher (de-boner) and/or slaughterer
* Strong knowledge of beef and/or lamb processing
* Experience in hook de-boning and/or pace line work is highly advantageous
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
